birthday girl.

My birthday was lovely, and of course, included nandos, AND a surprise of friends with party poppers and lambrini! I am spoilt rotten.

Along with other lovely presents i was lucky enough to get some more polaroids, which of course are so precious these days in this dying age of the little nippers! So i have 10 special shots to take and i thought me and Tom, pre birthday outing was a nice opportunity as he looked super nice!

I am having a wonderful summer break and turned 21 this week. Being back home is just as good as I had hoped it would be as the 2nd year at uni came to a close and i was super desperado to be back home and with my friends. I have been neglecting using slide film in my lca, and Tom generously coughed up some nice ektachrome film for me to use which came in very useful on my birthday week, due to being whisked away to Brighton for 3 nights, with not only Tom but my 2 best friends too :) happy days.. I really like some of the results, my favourites can be seen here, however i think in some cases the whole 'over saturation' 'high contrast' look is a bit O.T.T in this film. I think i will revert back to fuji's 400 slide offerings. Never the less, good fun trying out new films :)
